Judy received her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University and her Masters of Arts in Hearing and Speech Sciences from Ohio University.  As a military spouse, she has had exposure to a variety of work environments and clients.   Most recently, she and her family lived in South America for over five years.  During that time, Judy provided speech and language therapy to American children in their school and home settings.  It also provided a unique opportunity for her to learn and practice speaking Spanish. Judy’s area of expertise is helping toddlers, preschool aged children, and their families become better communicators through play and daily routines. Judy is PROMPT trained and has maintained her ASHA certification through courses with a focus on: attention disorders, developing communication skills in young children, processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, oral motor skills, and Spanish language classes.
